Tarang has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director at e.l.f. since January 2014, and has served as Chairman since August 2015. Tarang has more than 35 years of consumer products experience, as well as a demonstrated record of driving profitable growth at the companies he leads.
Previously, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Schiff Nutrition, a manufacturer and marketer of nutritional supplements, from March 2011 to January 2013. Prior to that, Tarang worked for The Clorox Company, a multinational manufacturer and marketer of consumer products, from December 2002 to March 2011. He served as Vice President, General Manager of The Clorox Company’s $1.7 billion Litter, Food and Charcoal Strategic Business Units, taking Kingsford, Hidden Valley and Fresh Step to new records. He also served in senior management roles that helped to double the sales of the global Clorox franchise to $1.5 billion. Tarang earned his MBA and BA in International Policy from Duke University.
Marvin joined ServiceMaster in 2016 as Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer. As CMO, Marvin oversaw company strategy, including competitive intelligence, insights and analytics, as well as all marketing, pricing and business development. Marvin has a well-established track record from businesses with large subscriber bases, having achieved customer and revenue growth in brand-rich categories including wireless, cable, and consumer products and services.
Marvin formerly served as Chief Marketing Officer for LifeLock, a pioneer in identity protection, threat detection and remediation services, and was part of the executive team that led the company through its successful IPO in 2012. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and CMO at Comcast, the first to serve in that role at the nation’s largest cable provider. He also spent several years at Verizon Wireless, where he was vice president of advertising and brand management, launching the iconic “Can You Hear Me Now?” brand campaign and helping to grow the company’s customer subscriber base to 40 million.
Marvin is a graduate of Emory University in Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA in marketing from Clark Atlanta University.
Erin is a healthcare and technology entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience building and scaling data-driven healthcare information companies. She serves on the Boards of Directors of HCEsquared and Relevate Health, and is Co-Founder & Investor of Lumiinus, a pet diagnostics technology company.
Erin was previously Chief Digital Officer of Swoop following its acquisition of TI Health, the healthcare data-driven marketing and predictive analytics company she founded and led as Chief Executive Officer from 2018 to 2023. Prior to TI Health, she founded and led SRAXmd as Chief Innovations Officer, a healthcare-focused information and ad tech company later carved out of its public parent and acquired by Halyard Capital. Earlier in her career, she held several senior sales and digital strategy roles.
Erin previously served on the Board of Directors of Konovo (formerly Apollo Intelligence), and earned her BA from Macalester College.
Ann has spent a career of leadership in B2B and B2C product and services businesses. She is currently the CEO of Convergint, a $3.5 billion leader in the systems integration industry and a Leonard Green & Partners, Harvest Partners, and Ares Management portfolio company. She was previously the CEO of Ritchie Bros. (NYSE: RBA), a global marketplace. She most recently served as the CEO of ABRA, a billion-dollar leader in the collision industry and a Hellman and Friedman portfolio company. Prior to ABRA, Ann served as the CEO of Ride, a ride sharing services platform and portfolio company of TPG Growth, which she led to its ultimate sale to Enterprise.
Prior to her private equity leadership experience, Ann was a GM and Corporate Vice President with Whirlpool from 2007 until 2012, where she oversaw a $3 billion revenue platform that included eBusiness, Direct-to-Consumer and Sears/Kenmore. Ann joined Whirlpool from DaimlerChrysler where she led the Global Family Vehicle business. Earlier in her career, she gained significant experience in consumer marketing, product development and engineering at Ford Motor Company, McKinsey & Company and Lockheed Martin Corporation.
Ann previously served on the board of Pinnacle Foods (NYSE: PF), where she was the Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee through its ultimate sale to Conagra Brands, and is a board member of Ghost Robotics, a robotics start-up.
Ann holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), an MS in Systems Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science, University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Computer Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Malcolm is currently the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TalentGenius, and was previously the President of Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp., a provider of custom information technology, consulting and business process outsourcing services. Malcolm joined Cognizant in 2005 and has more than three decades of experience in the information technology industry. Prior to joining Cognizant, he was CEO of CXO Systems, CEO of Nervewire Inc., and executive officer and Senior Vice President at Cambridge Technology Partners.
Malcolm actively serves as Chairman of the Board for FactSet (NYSE:FDS), where he has been a member since 2016, and earned his BA in Economics from Yale University.
Bill is a veteran healthcare executive and board director with more than two decades of CEO and operating leadership experience across pharma services, health information, and healthcare technology businesses. He currently sits on the Boards of Directors of HCEsquared, US HealthConnect, Cancer Research Institute, and chairs the Life Science Executive Committee for Atlas Health.
Bill previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Interactive Health from 2018 to 2020. He was Chief Executive Officer of StayWell from 2014 to 2017 and of Medimedia from 2011 to 2017. Earlier in his career, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Planet Biopharmaceuticals, President of Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals, and Chairman of the Board of DNA Diagnostics Center, and held interim executive roles at TransHealthcare and LifeCare Hospitals.
Bill has served on the boards of numerous healthcare companies, including Clarity Software Solutions, Applied Pathways, and Medical Knowledge Group. He is also a member of the Northwestern Medicine board and the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center Advisory Board.
Bill earned his BA from Brown University and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Russ is a partner, director and the Worldwide Chief Talent Officer of Bain & Company. Russ is a leader in the firm’s Healthcare and Consumer Products practices. He advises clients in the medical devices and healthcare services sectors, as well as high technology, wholesale trade and distribution, consumer products and retail. He holds deep expertise in corporate strategies, growth initiatives, new product development, acquisitions, sales force and distribution issues. His work has spanned large corporate entities in addition to venture and private equity-backed ownership stakes.
Russ earned his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is also a graduate of University of California at Los Angeles where he received a BA in Economics.
Craig is a veteran healthcare workforce solutions executive with nearly 25 years of industry experience and a well-established track record of successful private equity outcomes.
Craig previously served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Medical Solutions. Prior to that, he served as the company’s Chief Executive Officer from 2014 to 2024, capping a two-decade tenure that began in 2004. He previously held roles as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, President, and Chief Operating Officer. Under his leadership, Medical Solutions grew to become one of the leading companies in the travel nurse and allied staffing industry. Earlier in his career, Craig held roles in the workforce solutions and information technology industries.
Craig previously served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organizations.
Craig earned his BA in Communications and Advertising from the University of Nebraska.
John previously served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Rentokil Terminix North America, where he led the organization as it became the world’s largest pest control business with over $3 billion in annual revenue. Prior to Rentokil, he held a variety of progressive roles at Cintas Corporation, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Sales. Earlier in his career, John held a variety of sales, operations, and leadership roles in various service-based industries.
John previously served as a Board Member of Horizon Services (New Mountain Capital) and as Vice Chairman of the Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA).
John earned an MBA from Mercer University and a BS in Marketing from the University of Vermont.
Luann brings more than two decades of marketing and C-suite leadership building consumer and business-services companies through brand strategy, demand generation, and go-to-market execution, and has evaluated and advised many of the most well-known residential services companies on their growth and marketing strategies with a core focus on digital channels.
As Chief Marketing Officer of SavATree, a leading national residential home services company, she built a differentiated national brand across dozens of markets through a disciplined mix of marketing programs, strategic alliances, and community and trade initiatives.
Luann holds an MBA with a double major in Marketing and Information Systems from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
Maureen currently serves on the Board of Directors and the Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee for e.l.f. Beauty (NYSE:ELF). She previously served as the Chief Product Officer of Madison Reed, a digital-first natural hair care company, where she oversaw all aspects of product innovation and the rollout of the company’s retail footprint. Prior to Madison Reed, she served in a variety of senior merchandising roles, most recently with Sephora USA, a leading beauty retailer, as Senior Vice President, Merchandising.
Maureen earned a BA in Political Science and French from Middlebury College.
Michael is a seasoned leader with more than three decades of operational and commercial leadership across consumer and business services companies, including Fortune 500 and private equity-backed organizations. He spent six years as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Sales Officer of ServiceMaster’s franchise services group, a leading national provider of essential disaster restoration and commercial cleaning services. He also held President roles at TrueSource and a division of TFS Global, with full responsibility for strategic, financial, and operational performance. He began his career over sixteen years with Avis Budget Group, culminating in senior general management roles including President of Avis United Kingdom and Senior Vice President of the company’s U.S. off-airport rental division, with extensive international leadership across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
Michael holds a BS in Business Management and Finance from the University of Scranton.
